Services include digital virtual staging, image editing, and add-ons (Virtual Twilight, Social Media Reels, Premium Marketing Packs).

Designer-led process directed and approved by a certified designer; AI tools may assist, but every image is refined and reviewed with a 10-point human verification process (MLS compliance, photo-realism, aesthetic quality).

Designs enhance visual appeal and emotional connection; we follow your selected style, while furniture selection and placement remain at the designer’s discretion for a cohesive result.

We stage the number of images included in your package plus any image add-ons.

If you upload fewer images than purchased, we create additional variations or alternate designs from submitted photos to fulfill the order count.

If you upload more images than your package includes, we prioritize the rooms that best showcase the listing or those you specify in your notes.

We aim for multi-angle consistency, but some angles may vary slightly due to room complexity.

Clients must provide high-resolution photos that meet the website specifications and confirm they hold rights to submit, modify, and use all provided images.

Clients are responsible for MLS compliance and required disclosures under local rules.

Virtual staging is cosmetic only and may not alter structural elements or misrepresent property condition.

Images exclude human models, religious symbols, and any content that violates Fair Housing or brand safety standards.

Projects requiring extensive decluttering, object removal, or virtual renovation may require a custom quote and extended turnaround.

Design proofs: typically delivered within a few hours during business days.

Standard delivery: within 48 business hours after checkout and receipt of all required photos/intake forms; Rush delivery: within 24 business hours (paid add-on).

Add-ons (video/marketing assets) are created after final images are approved and may require additional time.

Business hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern (excluding U.S. federal holidays). Timelines pause if required materials or confirmations are missing.

Proofs require no payment; payment is required only to receive the final high-resolution file or proceed with a package. Packages & add-ons are due in full at order; production begins after payment and required materials are received.

Proof-First model: because clients review a watermarked proof before purchasing, purchases are non-refundable once the high-resolution file has been delivered.

100% Technical Quality Guarantee: if the delivered file is defective or materially different from the approved proof, we will correct it or issue a refund.

Packages are not refundable once production has begun; revision rounds are included to ensure satisfaction. Add-ons are non-refundable once work has started.

Free design proofs do not include revision rounds; specific change requests are available after purchase or within a package order.

Defined Showcase: one revision round for up to 3 images. Defined Premium: one revision round for up to 5 images plus one Mini Refresh (within 30 days).

Revisions cover minor adjustments to the same photos; new angles/rooms or full restyles may require an additional revision add-on.

Each staged view includes a labeled “Virtually Staged” image and an unlabeled version; delivered as high-resolution JPGs via secure download link. If your MLS has unique limits, we’ll adjust files at no additional cost.

Clients receive a non-transferable license to use final images only for marketing the specific property ordered; resale/redistribution/reuse for other properties is prohibited. Working/source files remain property of Dwell Defined Design.

Dwell Defined Design may display before/final images for portfolio and marketing unless requested otherwise in writing.

Clients agree to indemnify Dwell Defined Design for claims arising from client-provided materials, improper image use, or breach of these Terms.

Limitation of liability: no indirect/incidental/special/consequential damages; total liability limited to fees paid for the order at issue.

Governing law: Florida. Venue: state or federal courts in Brevard County, Florida. Not liable for delays beyond reasonable control. Terms may be updated; current version displays the effective date above.
