Services Provided

Dwell Defined Design provides digital virtual staging, image editing, and related add-ons such as MLS Upload-Ready Images, Social Media Reels, and Premium Marketing Packs.

All services follow a designer-led process directed and approved by a certified designer.

AI tools may assist in production, but every image is refined and reviewed through a 10-point human verification process to ensure MLS compliance, photo-realism, and aesthetic quality.

Refund Policy & Guarantee

We stand behind every project with our 100 % Satisfaction Guarantee.

All orders are backed by our “Love Your First Proof or Get a Full Refund” promise.

A 100 % refund is available if requested within 6 business hours of receiving the first proof image.

After proof approval or no response, the project proceeds under the standard revision policy.

Add-on services that have already entered production (for example, Social Media Reels or MLS Upload-Ready Images) are non-refundable once work has begun.

The satisfaction guarantee applies to the first proof set as a whole, not to individual images within that set.

This guarantee reflects our commitment to quality, trust, and transparent service.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide high-resolution photos that meet the specifications listed on the website at checkout.

Clients represent and warrant that they hold the rights to submit, modify, and use all provided images for marketing purposes.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that use of final images complies with all local MLS rules and disclosure requirements.

Turnaround Times

Standard Delivery: Within 48 business hours after checkout and receipt of all required photos.

Rush Delivery: Within 24 business hours (available as a paid add-on).

Add-Ons: Delivered within 2–5 business days depending on service scope.

Business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Timelines pause if required materials or confirmations are missing.

Payment Terms

Payment is due in full at the time of order. Production begins only after payment and all required materials are received.

All services are delivered digitally — no physical products are shipped. Once final files have been delivered, the order is considered complete.

Client Delay & Inactive Orders: If client-provided materials, approvals, or instructions are delayed, turnaround times will adjust accordingly. Orders that remain inactive for more than 30 days due to missing information may be closed without refund but can be resumed later upon payment of a reactivation fee.

Revisions Policy

Each package includes the revision rounds listed on the Packages & Add-Ons page.

Defined Showcase: One revision round for up to 3 images. Defined Premium: One revision round for up to 5 images plus one Mini Refresh (for up to 3 images within 30 days).

Revisions cover minor design adjustments to the same photos such as furniture, color, or décor changes.

Requests for new angles, full restyles, or additional photos fall outside this scope and may require the Additional Revision Round add-on ($55).

Revision Submission Protocol: All revision requests must be submitted in writing through the official delivery email or provided project link to ensure accurate tracking and timely completion.

Compliance & File Delivery

Each staged view includes a labeled “Virtually Staged” image and an unlabeled version.

Files are delivered digitally in high-resolution JPG format via secure download link.

Default export settings: 2048 px longest edge, sRGB color, 80 % JPG quality.

These settings meet widely accepted MLS standards. If your MLS has unique file or size limits, Dwell Defined Design will adjust your images at no additional cost. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up all final files.

Scope Limits & Brand Safety

Virtual staging is cosmetic only and may not alter structural elements or misrepresent property condition.

Images exclude human models, religious symbols, or any content that violates Fair Housing or brand safety standards.

Projects requiring extensive decluttering, object removal, or virtual renovation may need a custom quote and extended turnaround.

Intellectual Property

Clients receive a non-transferable license to use final images only for marketing the specific property ordered.

Permitted uses include MLS listings, real estate websites, brokerage marketing, print, email, and social media.

Resale, redistribution, or reuse for other properties is prohibited.

All working and source files remain the property of Dwell Defined Design.

Portfolio & Marketing Rights

Dwell Defined Design retains a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to display both final and “before” images for portfolio and marketing purposes.

Client name, logo, or project details may be used unless otherwise requested in writing.

Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold Dwell Defined Design harmless from claims or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from client-provided materials, improper use of images, or breach of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

Dwell Defined Design is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including lost profits or data.

Total liability is limited to the fees actually paid for the specific order or service at issue.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Brevard County, Florida.

Dwell Defined Design shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, illness, or equipment failure.

Modifications to Terms

Dwell Defined Design may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will display the effective date above.
