Standard 48-business-hour turnaround once your Client Intake Form has been submitted.

Add Your Upgrades

Complete the Client Intake Form

After checkout, you’ll be directed to the Client Intake Form (and receive a copy by email).
Upload your property photos and share your design preferences so our team can begin your project.
Your project timeline begins once your form has been completed and received.

Review & Proof

Our designers carefully plan your layout and begin staging each space.
You’ll receive your first watermarked proof by email from hello@dwelldefineddesign.com.
Once received, you’ll have six business hours to approve your proof, request revisions (if included or purchased), or request a refund under our guarantee.

Love It or Get a Full Refund

If you approve your proof, we’ll finalize and deliver your high-resolution images.
If you’d like adjustments, we’ll refine your design within your package’s included revision allowance.
If it’s not the right fit, simply reply within six business hours for a 100% refund.
If we don’t hear back within that timeframe, your proof will be considered approved.

Delivery Timeline

Standard Delivery: 48 business hours after checkout and completion of your Client Intake Form.
Rush Orders: 24 business hours after checkout and completion of your Client Intake Form.
Business Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM Eastern.
Add-ons are created after your final staged images and may require additional delivery time.
The 24- and 48-business-hour timelines apply only to the staged images included in your selected package.
