Do you have a money back guarantee?

Yes. When you place an order, we send you the first proof for approval. If you don't love it, you can request a 100% refund within 6 business hours of receiving it.

How do I actually request a refund?

Reply to the proof email within the 6-business-hour window and say, “I’d like to request a refund.” We’ll process it immediately. No questions asked.

How fast is your normal delivery timeline?

Standard delivery is within 48 business hours of checkout and client intake form completion. We also offer a priority 24-business hour rush delivery upgrade at checkout. Add-ons are completed after your final images and may take a little extra time. The 24- and 48-business-hour timelines apply only to the staged images included in your selected package.

Are virtually staged images MLS-compliant?

Yes. We change only what MLS boards allow and deliver both labeled (“Virtually Staged”) and unlabeled versions.

What if I already use an AI staging app?

DIY apps are tools. We are your expert service. We provide designer accuracy, MLS compliance, and conversion-focused visuals.

What if I want edits to the images?

Approving the first proof confirms your satisfaction. Each package includes set revisions, with extra packs available if needed.

Do you use AI in your design process?

Our process is designer-directed. Every image is reviewed and approved by a certified designer for MLS compliance.

How specific can I be about the style or furniture?

During checkout, you can specify general style preferences. We’ll choose appropriate items for market appeal.

What if the original photos I submit aren't great?

Provide clear, well-lit photos for best results. If quality is too low, we’ll ask for replacements.

Do you stage outdoor spaces and exteriors?

Absolutely. We stage patios, decks, pools, and more to highlight lifestyle potential.

What file versions do I receive?

High-resolution JPGs, both labeled (“Virtually Staged”) and unlabeled versions.

Who owns the final staged images?

You (or your client) have lifetime marketing rights for the staged images.

Do you follow Fair Housing rules?

Yes. We avoid human models, religious symbols, and any potential steering cues.

Do I need permission to modify the photos I upload?

Yes. You must own or have photographer permission to modify the photos.
