  • We operate on a “Proof First” model to eliminate risk.
  • You can request a Free Design Proof for one image before you pay a dime.
  • If you love it: You can unlock the single high-res license for $39, or upgrade to a Full Package if you need the rest of the home staged.
  • If it’s not for you: You pay nothing.
  • Full Packages: Once a full project is paid for and work begins, it is non-refundable, but several packages include revision rounds to ensure satisfaction.

How fast is the turnaround?
  • Free Proofs: Typically delivered within a few hours during business days.
  • Unlocked Single Images: The high-res file is delivered upon payment.
  • Full Packages: Delivered within 48 business hours after the Intake Form is submitted.
  • Rush Delivery: 24-business-hour turnaround is available as an upgrade for full packages.

Are your images MLS-compliant?
  • Our staging is cosmetic-only and complies with standard MLS guidelines.
  • Unlabeled images are provided for general marketing.
  • Labeled images include a subtle “Virtually Staged” watermark when required by MLS boards.

What if I already use an AI staging app?
  • AI apps often produce glitchy, floating furniture results that sellers hate and buyers scroll past.
  • Our designer-led process focuses on scale, lighting, and psychological staging to create emotional connection.

Do you use AI in your process?
  • We use AI the same way a professional photographer uses Photoshop, as a tool to enhance the image.
  • Every image is crafted by a human designer with expertise in interior design and architecture.

What if my original photos are not ideal?
  • For best results, submit high-resolution, well-lit JPG images.
  • Vacant Homes: We add furniture to show scale.
  • Furnished or cluttered homes can be digitally decluttered.
  • If a photo is too low-resolution or blurry, we will request a replacement.

Can I request specific styles or furniture?
  • Yes. You can share style preferences and request specific furniture via the Client Intake Form.

What if I want changes or refinements?
  • Several full packages include revision rounds.
  • Additional revision rounds may be purchased as an add-on.
